Putting Fuchsias to Bed
Potted fuchsias will not survive outside in temperatures below 30 degrees. Sue will show you how to prepare your plants so they can winter over.
When you cut the plant back you allow it to conserve energy. It no longer has to maintain leaves or produce blooms. It can rest during the winter and prepare to be stronger in the spring.
